You may participate in the program either alone or with your business partner. Depending on your individual situation and desired goals, it may make sense to take part in the mentoring either alone or together.

Q: How much time do I need to invest?

Mentoring normally takes place once or twice a week and lasts around 90 minutes per session. In addition, you should take one to two hours for personal reflection and implementation.

Q: Can my expert also represent me in court?

No. Conflictiva only provides advisory services. Legal representation in court is not possible. However, we can provide a lawyer from our network if required.

Virtual consultation

In a virtual consultation with Zoom, you and your Conflictiva expert will discuss your current situation, your goals and what is currently preventing you from achieving them in detail. You will then work out an individual implementation plan together and clarify the most urgent questions.

Step 2

Continuous mentoring over 3–6 months

You will receive personal support from your personal expert over a period of 3–6 months. This includes weekly, personal sessions via Zoom and the opportunity to ask questions at any time via WhatsApp or Threema chat.

Step 3

Conventions & conflict management

Together, we develop conventions and implement a conflict management system. After our consultation, you will understand exactly what is important from a legal perspective. You will also have learned how to deal better with your business partners and employees and how to build long-term business relationships that will make your company more productive.

Step 4

Implementation phase

Thanks to thorough preparation, implementing the conventions and conflict management should only be a formality. During the introductory phase, your personal expert will be on hand to answer any questions and provide support with any adjustment requests.
